Robert C. Buck
rbuck@cbsfirm.com“The client’s case is the most important event going on in their lives and we offer more than just quality legal assistance – We are always here for our clients.”
Born in Atlanta, and growing up in Georgia and Vermont, Rob attended law school at Georgia State University’s College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 1993. As one of the founding members of the firm, Rob left behind defense work to represent injured individuals and focus on what he terms as “the rewarding and challenging” practice of pharmaceutical and product liability litigation.
“Clients come to lawyers when they have nowhere else to go. Our reward comes from steering them through their problems and being there for them. My clients should know that I am always available to them at any time during their case.”
Rob has represented thousands of victims of unsafe pharmaceutical products including individuals injured by Fen Phen (Pondimin, Redux, and phentermine), Baycol, Rezulin and Lotronex. He has been invited to speak at national conferences for lawyers on topics relating to the rights of victims in pharmaceutical litigation.
Rob is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been admitted to practice before all state and federal trial courts in Georgia.
Rob lives in Historic Norcross with his wife Lynn and their two children.
