Richard R. Schlueter
rschlueter@cbsfirm.com“There is nothing more satisfying than helping a client whose life has been turned upside down.”
Going into private practice is daunting to most attorneys, but not to Richard, who went into private practice straight out of law school. This experience allowed him to develop a familiarity with many different practice areas, including civil rights work, which equipped him to handle the needs and requirements of our clients.
“I work hard not just to meet our clients’ expectations, but to exceed them. It is extremely rewarding.”
A founding member of the firm, Richard has extensive trial and motion practice experience as a lawyer practicing in the Federal and State Courts of Georgia. Richard currently represents victims in product liability and personal injury cases, and as well as representing victims of investor fraud in the solicitation and sale of securities.
“There is no excuse for brokers taking advantage of people – these are real people who have saved to have a sense of security, only to have their life-savings squandered by a broker’s sense of self-interest. I will zealously advocate for these people.”
Richard is a recipient of the Jaycee’s annual Brownfield Award for Leadership, and has been an award-winning participant in Pro Bono projects for his representation of financially disadvantaged plaintiffs.
