M. Brandon Smith

Born and raised in Georgia, Brandon received his Law degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia. In law school, Brandon was a natural leader who served as president of his second year class and executive editor of his law journal. Before joining the law firm of Childers, Buck, and Schlueter in 2005, Brandon was a prosecutor in the Alcovy Circuit where he gained valuable trial experience in protecting the rights of innocent victims. Today, Brandon utilizes those skills in representing people who have been hurt by the negligence of others.

Brandon currently represents victims of dangerous products, personal injury, and unsafe prescription drugs. His prior life experiences and passion for helping others allows Brandon to help maximize the potential value of his client’s claims.
